    ALL of our products are handcrafted & handmade using techniques passed down through many generations, using old world authentic hand tools. We do not use machines to make our products, which in turn gives a genuine look and feel of true craftsmanship to each & every piece. This also means that as our artisans are using there hands to finely chip away the raw wood to create this unique & beautiful pieces, there is sometimes slight irregularities or imperfections in the finished product. This is the beauty of the handmade furniture versus machine made assembly line furniture. A true connoisseur understands & appreciates the beauty of handmade rustic furniture!

    What is your warranty/guarantee policy?

    We proudly offer a 5-year guarantee that all products are accurately described and will give you the service you expect. If there are any problems with the quality of the materials or workmanship, we will adjust, repair or replace to your satisfaction. The guarantee does not include color matching as the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor�s display of any color will be accurate. 

    What is the cancellation policy?

    All our products are handmade & hence custom ordered for our valuable customers. As soon as the order is placed, we initiate the sequence of events which ultimately results in you receiving product of your choice. Orders usually are processed the next business day after you place your order, pending payment approval and order verification. To expedite the cancellation process, you must contact us by phone or email within 24 hours after submitting your order to ensure proper cancellation.  Since all our products are custom ordered, at the very beginning at this sequence SierraLivingConcepts.com and its respective customer become financially obligated to purchase and pay for the ordered product. Orders cancelled after 48 hrs will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total order. If your order has been processed or shipped, it can not be canceled; however, it may be returned. Please see our Returns Policy. We at SierraLivingConcepts.com try to remain the most customer friendly furniture website on the internet and will attempt to assist you in cancellation of your order.

    What is the return policy?

    Merchandise returns will not be accepted without prior return authorization from Sierra Living Concepts. Upon arrival at our warehouse all returned items are inspected. You will be refunded the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees if your item is returned within 14 days of delivery and is in the same condition as received. If the item shows signs of use you may be subject to a partial refund.

    Expect to receive the refund within four weeks from shipping your return to us. This includes conservative estimates of the time required for the return shipping, inspection at our returns facility, and processing from your bank or Credit Card Company. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund. You will receive your refund via the form of payment that you used.

    What if something is wrong with the furniture (damaged/missing part)?

    We strive to carry quality products and deliver your new furniture in perfect condition. If something is wrong with your furniture, we will do everything we can to help you by one of these options: 1. We will send you a Brand new replacement free of charge! 2. We will give you a partial refund based on defect. Any item damaged during shipping will be replaced at our cost.

    If the product was on a free shipping promotion, the purchase price of the product less the shipping charges incurred will be refunded. Variations in wood color and grain are natural, and no returns will be authorized for natural variations in wood color and grain. No returns will be authorized for fully and permanently assembled items. If you refuse an item delivered by a commercial freight company for any reason other than externally visible damaged merchandise, the items shall be treated as a return, and return shipping charges will be applied. If you have multiple items on one shipment, inspect every item before refusing the whole shipment. For example, if one item looks damaged, check the others. We can easily replace the damaged item in a separate shipment, rather than making two round trips with all the merchandise.

    Please do not feel pressured to sign the shipping receipt without taking the time to unpack and inspect your merchandise. Once you sign the shipping receipt, you have accepted delivery for the item as is. After accepting delivery for your item, please keep all packaging materials for 30 days in case you discover damage after delivery. All damage claims must be received within 48 hours of delivery. We will either issue a credit within one week of receipt of your damage claim or ship you a replacement item at no additional cost to you.
